Shipping and Returns
During the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown and border crossing restrictions significant delays are being experienced with delivery to some destinations. In some cases, East Coast deliveries are taking up to 14 days, while deliveries to other destinations in Australia have sometimes been taking significantly longer.
If you have ordered a product for delivery to the East Coast of Australia, and do not receive your goods within 14 days, please contact us. If your delivery destination is elsewhere in Australia, and you do not receive your goods within 21 days, please contact us.

FREE SHIPPING FOR SELECTED REELS!
Most of our reels come with free shipping, keep an eye out for the red ribbon specifying that free shipping is applied to the selected product.
EasyHose endeavours to deliver all orders within 9 days.
In the case of orders to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or remote destinations, delivery times may be longer (up to 21 days). Our delivery rates are based on pricing supplied by our logistics providers, and are calculated during the checkout process based on the distance to your postcode from our depot.
Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you, and provide you with the appropriate tracking information, and the details of the logistics provider contracted to deliver your order.
If at any stage you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product that you have purchased, please contact us and we will refund or exchange the product for the purchase price.
If the product you have purchased is defective, please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the defective product, and for the delivery of a replacement product at no cost to you.
Any claim for defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery date. EasyHose is not responsible for products after this 7 day period as we have no control of the storage conditions when it reaches its destination.
